Marietta College is a small liberal arts college in Marietta, OH. One of America’s 37 “Revolutionary Colleges,” institutions with origins reaching back to the 18th century, it’s one of the most respected schools in the country. This is our third year at Marietta.
Marietta is a picturesque town nestled on the banks of the Ohio River near Parkersburg, WV. The city is located on I-77, with easy connections to I-70 and I-79, making it an easy drive from KY, WV, PA, and the DC Metro area. Marietta College is only 4 miles from the Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport (PKB). Cleveland (CLE), Pittsburgh (PIT) and Columbus (CMH) are also relatively close airports with more flight options.
Campers stay in McCoy Hall, a newly-renovated residence hall a short walk from the classroom buildings. If you have a specific roommate preference, let us know and we’ll do our best to honor your requests.
Students dine in the Gilman Dining Hall, on the first floor of the Gilman Student Center. All meals are all-you-can-eat buffet style with a wide-variety of food choices for each meal, including many vegetarian options.
